Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This page sets out what data the site collects, what it is used for, who it is passed to, how long it is kept, and the rights you have. It is split in two: what happens when you simply browse, and what happens if you choose to start the voice demo — two very different situations.
- Browsing collects technical and aggregate traffic data only — no cookies, and no identifier stored in your browser.
- The voice demo runs only when you deliberately start it. What you say is used to extract your enquiry details; the audio itself is discarded when the call ends.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by email, and we will respond within 30 days.
Who is responsible
Avital Keidar — a sole trader operating under the iamagent.ai brand, and the controller of the data described here. For any question, or an access, correction or deletion request: info@iamagent.ai.
What is collected when you browse
Simply browsing the site collects the following:
- Technical request data — the IP address the request came from, your browser type and operating system, and the page you asked for. These are needed to serve you the page and to protect the site from abuse.
- Aggregate traffic measurement — country, page viewed, referring source, device type, browser and operating system. This tells us how many people visited and which pages interested them, and is shown to us in aggregate only, never as a personal profile.
- An automated security check — to keep the voice demo from being abused by bots, a background mechanism examines technical signals such as the IP address and browser characteristics and distinguishes a human visitor from automated traffic. It runs by itself and asks nothing of you.
All of this is done without cookies — the site stores no identifier in your browser and does not track you across other sites.
The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in operating the site, measuring demand for it, and protecting it from abuse.
What happens if you start the voice demo
Starting the demo, and giving any details during it, is entirely your choice — there is no legal or contractual obligation to provide anything. If you choose not to start the demo, or start it without giving any details, we simply will not contact you and nothing about you is stored. There is no other consequence.
The demo opens only when you deliberately press the button, and your browser will ask your permission for microphone access before anything begins. You can end it at any moment, and the call is capped at four minutes.
During the call
Your voice is streamed in real time to speech and AI processing providers so the agent can understand you and reply. The audio is processed as the call runs and discarded when it ends — it is not saved as a file, with us or as a recording that could be played back.
What is kept after the call
Your enquiry details are extracted from what was said. These are exactly the fields that are stored:
- The time and duration of the call
- Your name and company, if given
- Your email address and phone number, if given
- Your preferred way of being contacted
- A short description of the need or goal you described
- The outcome of the call, and whether a summary email was sent to you
These details are used for one purpose: to get back to you about your enquiry.
The call transcript
A text transcript of the call is sent to Avital's inbox only, together with the enquiry notification, so that a follow-up conversation can be prepared for. It is not sent to you, not shown on the site, and not stored in the database.
The follow-up email to you
If you gave an email address and confirmed it out loud, you will receive a follow-up email with a short summary of the call and a link to book a meeting. Requiring an explicit spoken confirmation is deliberate, so that an address picked up in error by the transcription never receives mail.
Who the data is passed to, and why
Data is passed to the service providers that run the system for us. This is the complete list:
- A website infrastructure and security provider
- Serving the site, filtering malicious traffic, and running the automated security check.
- Real-time speech and AI processing providers
- Understanding what is said during the call and producing the agent's replies.
- An AI provider for extracting enquiry details
- Turning what was said in the call into the enquiry fields listed above.
- Cloud database and spreadsheet providers
- Storing the enquiry details so we can act on them and get back to you.
- An email delivery provider
- Sending the enquiry notification to Avital, and the follow-up email to you.
- A website traffic measurement service
- Producing the aggregate browsing statistics described above.
These providers may use the data solely to provide the service to us. Data is not sold, not passed to advertisers, and not used for targeted advertising. Beyond this list, data would be disclosed only where we are required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority.
For the automated security check, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Transfers outside Israel
Some providers operate outside Israel, mainly in the European Union and the United States, so data may be processed outside the country. Our agreements with them include contractual data protection terms requiring them to secure the data and use it only to provide the service to us.
How long data is kept
- Enquiry details — for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and get back to you, and until you ask for them to be deleted. A deletion request removes them from every place they are held.
- The call transcript — kept in Avital's inbox as part of the correspondence, and deleted along with the rest of your enquiry details on request.
- The security check's usage counters — deleted automatically after 48 hours.
- Aggregate traffic data — held by the measurement provider in aggregate form, with no way to attribute it to you.
Your rights
- Access — under section 13 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, to see the data held about you and receive a copy of it.
- Correction — under section 14 of the Law, to ask that data which is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date be corrected.
- Deletion — to ask us to delete your details.
- Objection — to ask that we stop contacting you.
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the use made of the data beforehand.
- Complaint — to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice. If you are in the European Union, you may also complain to the supervisory authority in your own country.
For any of these: info@iamagent.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Automated decision-making
What is said during the call is analysed by a language model in order to extract your enquiry details. Beyond that, no automated decisions are made about you that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects.
Data security
Traffic between your browser and our services is encrypted, access to enquiry details is limited to Avital, and the data is held with commercial providers operating standard security measures.
Age
The site and the demo are intended for business users, and are not intended for use by anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Any material change in how data is used will be stated here explicitly.
